Constant error's....

hack tool 0.5.0.0 comes out every 1st log in of the day, followed by a 4-6 minute block from server... whats up with that?... any one know any info on this?

I'm not sure how one could make a thread like this before removing mods etc that could interfere with the game.

Remove everything you've done to make CF look better.
Close every program that you can look at while playing CF (Xtrap, Fraps, Bandi, whatever)
Disable anything that could interfere with establishing network connections or files (Firewalls, antivirus etc)
Cheats are also a big no-no. As is alt-tabbing, or so I've heard.

I dont use any programs except for TeamSpeak3... And i almost never Alt+Tab... The Background in CF does not cause the problem... EVERY PERSON I KNOW has this problem, It only happens on 1st log in of the day...

And I DON'T HACK... So no need to say anything about cheat's

Are you delusional? That error has absolutely nothing to do with the Mods, if you haven't notice the amount of threads about it yet.... Some helpful mod you are....

I see you know what the cause of the error is, would you mind sharing with the group?
I didn't say the mod was the cause, I said it could be a probable cause, depending on the sensitivity of HWG, information to which I'm not privy.
The basis for any troubleshooting is eliminating everything that does not belong.




This is the first I'm seeing about "once a day", could someone else confirm this?

Its not once a day... It only occurs on the VERY 1ST log in of the day.

I'm sorry, the difference is completely lost on me.
You get this every day you play, the first time you log in of the day, not after that until the next day?

Yes exactly right... Today is the 22 i log in for the 1st time and get the hack tool 0.5.0.0...
And 4-6 min block from server... Every other time I log in that day everything is fine...

Next day 23 il try to log in and il get the hack tool 0.5.0.0 again... BUT ONLY ON THE 1ST LOG IN OF THE DAY... I don't know how else to explain English is not my 1st language

So its not like its random logins that get that, its only the very 1st one of each day.
And usually happens with in 15 sec to 1 min after the log in.

I get the same kind of error: I get a "hack tool detected 0.5.0.0" error message, and I have no mods on or anything whatsoever.

The only app that's open is anti-virus and Greenshot that is active in the taskbar and notification bar.

You're lucky that, in your case, it only happens to the first login of the day. I get them EVERY time I log in to the game. It seems to always happen fastest when I join a new game of Wave mode....

This must be a bug with the game's detection algorithms or something....

I get this exact same hack tool detected EVERYDAY.
I always have to log in, -> gets the hack tool detected error -> wait 5 min.. -> log in again in order to play.. this technically means it takes 5min to get on crossfire.. so annoying...
ps. Everyone i know (friends/clanmembers) get this "hack tool detected error" so its not only for certain ppl.
