Depends on your monitor as well, also what type of connector cable your using..
But I would guess about 80 fps with this one

Buy a geforce GTX for that thing and you'd be getting a lot more. Radeon usually isn't built more towards gaming. (Use to use the Radeon 5500 for mine, but bought the GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost and I get a lot more FPS now.) -

i have a radeon 7850 and i max out every game i play
csgo, cf, league, nba2k14, bf4 -
build your own rather than buying on craigslist. Theres no warranty so if it breaks a month later you'll be out of a computer and 400$. instead build a new one for 400$. You don't know how they treated the PC before even if they said it was good. If something breaks you'll be out of luck.

If your using an HDMI cable, you'll get higher FPS, even if that's just about 2 more FPS.
Your monitor hertz also matters, if you have a 60 hertz monitor or a 120 hertz.
Also, its better to just build your own, as others have suggested, for the warranty reasons. -

sorry but your monitor refresh rate has nothing to do with fps in csgo -

You are an idiot. Your monitors refresh rate won't make you get more or less FPS. What it does is it allows your monitor to actually use more frames if you have a higher refresh rate. You will get the same fps if you use a 60 hz or 144 hz. -
