Stolen Account - Solution?

Hello dear CF NA Players.
After a few Month of CoD and other Shooters i really started missing Crossfire NA and wanted to come back, but as it happens usually, there happened something bad. My problem is the following: I had someone, who got access to my E-Mail Adress, which my Cf Account was registered on, so he had my Login info and Changed my E-Mail + My Password. The only things i can still proof are some old used Paysafecards and the security answer. I also have access to the E-Mail adress, i changed the password. But i dont know, usually nobody remembers his account creation date and thats my problem too. So what would be a possible way for me to get my account back? Looking forward to all answers. (ex) "Kuscheln."

Have you sent a ticket?
First Email and Sec Answer should be enough

.. Where it says creation date, put something random - and then in comments say you dont know it, its what i did.

Please understand the forums will be unable to help you recover your account.

Your only course of action is to submit a Support ticket under Crossfire then Account Administration.

Fill out the form to the best of your ability. Note that you will need to present at least 2 pieces of proof that you are the true account holder, such as Security Question & Answer, Registered email to the account, Account Creation date, and/or IP address to the account.

This will be long, arduous process. Please be patient with support and try to answer every question they will have regarding your account and its usage history.
