why is my account being detected as a hak and I do not hak at all? and when it says hack detected im blocked from the server for a while

This error usually happens when the servers notice something unusual with your connection ( DCs for example ). So you need to wait 4-5 minutes until the connection is working again. It won't charge you with any type of infraction and you will keep your HS ribbon if you have it.
