Unplayable lag since a couple weeks ago

Greetings. I've been playing CrossFire for a while now, and everything ran smoothly. I run at about 60-80 ping all the time, since recently. I don't know if it was a recent patch, but I took about a 2 week break, and came back. Have had a base ping of around 100-120, but every single game I go into, I just teleport everywhere. I've been as high as 900 ping, just spiking from 100 very frequently, thus either getting kicked from games, or getting too frustrated to even play.

I have not changed anything since I took my break. I've reinstalled the game, and that's about it.

Halp. I'm bummed I can not play, but maybe some possible fixes are appreciated.
