Support doesn't work

Cf support system doesn't work, well at least not for me. I've been trying to send a support ticket in for account administration for days and Iceman pointed me to the right direction however whenever I'm done putting all the required info in, the site takes forever to load whats next but then z8 crashes. I tried again today and this message came up after i submitted the ticket. Invalid department ID specified; please select a valid department. So where do i submit this ticket for my problem for? I would much rather talk to a gm about the problem to get it settled quickly but i doubt this would happen.
