Problem with Slaughter tickets

Dear GMs/MODs,

I have a problem about Slaughter tickets. Did you remember the event that deposit zp to get free Slaughter tickets. There is an error about free Slaughter tickets. I have 500 tickets, However, when I play ZM mode, only 4 ticket can be used. The other tickets will be disappeared. Only reenter the game then, the remaining tickets will be appeared again. I just worry about that if the new Slaughter tickets is going to be sold, I can not get the rare item because this problem. Please check it out
