I gave you guys half an hour more than the time I said I was going to give you and you guys didn't upload it.
You guys uploaded it literally when we said you guys were disqualified.
If you actually DQ them, it would be so sad. You should never run a tournament in your life again if you do. They won fair and square, they uploaded the SS that was requested. Sure, they didn't upload immediately on time, however they did upload it anyways. Also, you don't need to see the rounds at the top, you know it's the starting of the game when all the players' scores are 0. -

?????
Even if a team won fair and square, if they broke the rule then the admin should DQ them. -
ryokashoot wrote: »Well, I understand that but I can't be merciful and change rules or else I would have to do the same with other teams. It wasn't my decision alone, I discussed it with the other administrators and we came to that conclusion, sorry.
What do you mean be merciful? Have you ever looked at other tournaments? They give you a minimum of 24 hours to resolve a dispute. In this case the next match is tomorrow, so it would be fine if it were to be 12 hours minimum. First of all, they assumed that they had to upload Bandicam in order to resolve the matter, however that wasn't the case. Apparently after the player uploaded his Bandicam he thought the matter was resolved and took a break from the computer. He then came back to see that he was DQ'd? Also, giving the player 1 hour wasn't in the rules. It's between the two teams to resolve the matter, and then the administrators come to a final decision. -
shouldn't LTM have ~24 hours/whatever the dispute time is to upload the screenshot?
In this tournament, there are 2 matches per weekend. One on Saturday, one on Sunday. It would take too long for a dispute to last 24 hours. That's why I said in my last post to change it to at least 12 hours minimum. -

I don't think you understand your own rules. It's 30 minutes to announce the dispute. Meaning bio has 30 mins to say that they wish to dispute. Then another 30 mins for the team to START resolving the matter. Which means, the player from LTM has 30 mins to say that "Ok I will agree to your dispute". In this case they did agree to the dispute by uploading bandicam. However, that is not what bio wanted and then asked more specifically for a Screen shot. They then uploaded the screenshot, only to be DQ'd. You have no right to give the team a limit of 1 hour. Unless you're allowed to change the rules anytime you want, and in this case you can't. Now if you don't understand these rules, then you shouldn't even bother arguing and just let LTM go forward. It would be unfair if LTM was DQ'd, they actually followed the rules.
All disputes must be filed via Match reporting/dispute thread and a league admin contacted within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the match along with the demo, specific infraction, and the round in which the infraction occurred. The Team being disputed has 30 mins to respond and start to resolve the matter. -

He had a LOT more time than the time I gave him, zillaah disputed about the bandicam not having the first two rounds a LONG time before I gave him a time limit, so he had all that time PLUS the hour and a half I gave him, that's more than enough time to have looked at the thread, go eat and come back. Plus, it's the member's responsibility to check up on a dispute, knowing they don't have all day. Zilla didn't ask for a bandicam he asked the first TWO rounds and they failed to provide that withing the time given. If it had been the full match, I would have given them more time.
Also, copy pasted from the rules.
"The Team being disputed has 30 mins to respond and start to resolve the matter. Disputes will be resolved by League Administrators and all decisions are final." -
Zilla only asked me for 1st round bandi and i gave it. Now they asked other thing? like 3 hours later? what happened to the 30 min to make the dispute? They asked for 1st bandi, i upload it in 40 min, we played CC tourney like 1 hour later, we play 3 maps, and when we finish i turned off my pc, i started to receive whatsapp messages from felix saying me that they ask for other thing like 4 hours later? why they can start a dispute when they want? i ran to my house and i take a photo with my phone... when he upload the ss the time run out and we get DQ?.. WTF its unfair ..., we win the match and we upload the ss and bandis they asked for.. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PlWr2ID0wco).

You still don't seem to understand your own rules. Sigh. At 11:28 pm when bio had 30 mins to resolve the matter after the match they did that. Check. Then the next 30 mins is the time length LTM has to respond, and in which they did that 8 minutes after at 11:36 pm. Then the matter was starting to resolve. the team's give their proof and evidence themselves. With Laid_Out's DQ, they were reasoning with other players in the tournament about their dispute, and then did you come to a final decision. Disputes will resolved by League Administrators, which means that these disputes will have a final decision by the administrators, based on the evidence given to support it. You really don't know how to run a tournament do you? -

Did u see the screenshots? do u really think those are usable? The problem isnt the time limit at the moment, its that the ss doesnt give the necessary information. THe rounds are cut off. And why are u getting involved? your not in any of these teams. This dispute is between the two teams and the admins. Stay out of it. -

I can help any team I want to. I was also part of the tournament, and I also got dq'd. Yes I actually do think the screenshots are usable. Only a person with a head made of rubber would not understand that you don't need to see the score. If all of the players' scores are 0, then what conclusion can you make out of that? I honestly don't know if you're acting stupid, or actually are. -

This is completely amazing! You have an admin in your tournament who doesn't even read posts! If you actually read, he posted the link of the ss on many websites, one of them being from facebook. If you can't access facebook, then there's something wrong with your internet connection, or possibly parental security? -
Award for the most useless fourm comment ever ... Wdf is that? Wtf is that pic dude?
im not able to take ss... so i have to take phots by my phone... the problem here is not the quality u idiot... and i think that u just won that award... u dont have anything to do here. -

Do you have windows 7? Use snipping tool instead of using your sh.1t phone -
30 minutes to upload the disputed materials?
Horrible.
Honestly, give them something like 12 hours, and please don't make the excuse that you have the right to "change rules and edit them as you please". The rules aren't your plaything. Believe me, I've admin-ed a couple of tournaments, and changing the rules mid-tournament, especially if it regards an ongoing dispute is a big no-no.
LTM should advance. -
After discussing it with the admins, yet again, we have decided to let LTM advance.30 minutes to upload the disputed materials?

It wasn't 12 hours, but it was a lot more time than 30 minutes. He had around 3 hours and a half to upload the disputed rounds.
Still, that's a small amount of time, especially for a Saturday night.
Good final decision though.
