that being said, something is seriously wrong with your setup if you get better traffic on your 3g.

same here, i watch videos on my phone because it has 4g, my dsl connection is too slow to play youtube videos now that you can't load a video entirely without doing some web browser modifications.

good news guys, upgrading the internet this christmas break, fastest connection i could get with ethernet 18mbps , wifi is 50mbps but security issues call for ethernet

how on earth are you getting higher speeds on wifi than using cable?
logic dictates its impossible from the same router, but maybe you meant wifi from one place versus cable from another

WiFi? Lol it's dsl. -_-

I get 12 mbps download and 1.2 mbps upload using dsl. With my 4G LET internet I get 98 mbps and 25 mbps upload.

they only offer it to 18mbps in my area for dsl, they offer wifi up to 80mbps but like i said i can not get wifi, if i wanted a higher dsl connection, i would have to upgrade to a business provider.

i think they offer up to 150mbps

i guess we operate under very different circumstances.

wifi here is something you set up yourself buying a wifi router.
there is no wireless (3g/4g) package here that can compare to the cheapest wired package, and is used pretty much exclusively for handhelds and homes in the rural areas where theres no profit in putting down fiber.

i get 100/100 for around the same price as my phone+3G plan.
