  • If you're really as stressed as you say you are, then that is a very probable cause. Cut down on a lot of this stress and you'll find that you'll be sleeping well soon.

each person has to find their own way, just make sure you aren't harming yourself or others during the process.

for example: volunteer, working out, taking walks, etc...

Plenty of ways to cut down stress. A few are mentioned above, but as OP's situation seems, he needs to not worry about school so much. There's no need to constantly worry about social events if they are causing health problems. Tests are also something that don't need to be worried about too much. All tests are are studying and remembering what you studied. To OP, take a load off and stop worrying about any stuff that is not necessary in your life.
  • Alright guys, since the Internet doesn't offer much information about this topic other than offering me some courses I have to pay for or telling me that I don't sleep enough (which is probably the case why, but I will explain it later on)

Problem : I'm constantly feeling tired, when I get up, often in school, when I get back from home, until the evening. When the clock hits 22:00 I'm fully awake somehow. I tried to sleep much more in the last few days, even taking a nap in the afternoon, no major changes were noticed other than I can get easier out of bed in the morning. Sometimes I go to bed at 23:00 - 23:30 , waking up at 7:00, but I went to bed before 22:30 / 23:00 in the last few days.

About me : Currently having the most important year at school causing a lot of stress, family is kinda stressing too since I have two little sisters, I'm working out twice a week quite heavily (to my limits, increasing them week by week)

Question : Might it be caused by the workouts I'm doing? Maybe should I try to sleep much more for a few days/weeks? Maybe I'm not taking too much vitamins? I'm pretty lost, so any advice would be nice guys. Thanks a lot in advance. :)

ok, first, the max time of sleep is 8h, the stress may make you feel tired also, and about vitamins I may have something to help you out tho if you want....
have some healthy food, try to relax yourself a bit also
