Weapon skins - edit

Hi all
I have a question. If i want edit any skins of weapon / Login Screen picture, is it allowed?
(I really want change skin of AWM-Gold, cause i hate that gold skin)

But what he said^ you CAN do both, as in it is possible to do both, changing the login screen is acceptable by z8 buuuut changing the weapon skins could get you banned
