if you're looking to report a hacker, you don't need to convert it, just upload it from the
Cross Fire
folder
If you want a reply to be a video file, the only way you can do that is open bandicam, fraps or whatever recording program you use, go in game > storage > Replay > Choose the replay > Watch
and record it.
