ASUS Customer Service

Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with them? I sent in a motherboard 3 weeks ago and the RMA status says it doesn't exist.

Just send them a message. They should look into it. I heard asus had great customer service.

I sent in my computer to Future shop where I bought my Asus Computer from and they sent it to Asus. The thing is that you were supposed to get a reciept or something as proof of your delivery. So.. I got my computer back about a week after.

I dont have a experience with them but its a big company so they should have an good customer service
