Dude whats your budget on a computer? Instead of buying a crappy prebuilt pc build your own. That pc is around 450 on tigerdirect. For 450 you can get a decent pc that will easily run cf. Youll get around 70 fps with it and down to 50 when you try to record. You wont be able to even play call of duty unless you put your settings all the way down and youll still have some trouble.

I said 120+ fps. 120 is the lowest i'm guessing it would hit. In my opinion it would be probably more. And I don't need a top of the line computer since I will only be using it for basically CF and working. If I ever need a better computer I will sell that one and get a new one.

You aren't understanding me. That computer will MAX at around 130 and your fps for 8v8 is probably going to be around 60-80.
Even a computer that will max this game and run any other game at playable frame rates doesn't need to be "top of the line". -

yeah, i included it because that screenshot/processor is from a mobile unit, but it's so stupid how they came out with Isis and you can't even find it in a laptop for under $800, most haswell laptops don't even have isis, kind of disappointing, i am still using an external graphics card for my laptop -

No I have a computer with the same specs and it only hits 70 fps. 50-70. Sometimes more but unlikely. Like I said. Build a pc and you will get 200 fps in cf. Plus a better pc for working. Tek syndicate has a good pc for 400 that you can build. You will have a hard time selling it for half the price later. -

there is something terribly wrong with your pc if you are only getting that much fps with an i3, lay off the cp -

I3 2120 with integrated hd 2000. Yeah theres something wrong, its a slow pc. But I use a different one. Im saying that you can get so much more for the money. Buying a prebuilt is like having to choose between 2 exactly same shirts. One more expensive just becuase its got a tiny logo from some famous person on it. And choosing that one. -
