You did the only thing you could do, which was sending a support ticket. Try sending in another one proving that it wasn't you. But if you gave your friend your account information, he probably sold it meaning you won't get it back.
Accounts dont just get randomly stolen. if they did... they would target far greater accounts than yours, believe me. -
Wait this make no sense. If you didn't tried to sell your account then most likely a hacker has gotten in your account. If that happen you should contact support again.
After all you're responsible for the account and if you tried to sell the account, no matter which site, they've the right to flag your account. -
this happen to me as well with my other account, support refuses to help and they said any more tickets would be ignored, they can see the IP logs of who logs in and what not, but really no sh1t you are going to see someone's IP if your account is stolen, how is that sharing accounts if it is stolen? in the end i provided every ounce of information and more than enough proof to the support team that it was my account, still refused, it says their ToS they can deny you support if you are caught "sharing" accounts, i am fine with this but prove that i was sharing, instead they have some twisted ethics, instead of banning the account that was stolen, they allow that person to continue to play even though it is clearly breaking the rules, seems kind of sketchy, maybe the person who has my account now buys more zp, after all, that is what they care about. it's funny, i wouldn't mind getting my account back, it's baffles me how they won't ban it even though they clearly know that person broke the rules.

Accounts would only be closed if the evidence is there.
When we receive notice about accounts being sold or showing up on hack sites we tend to flag them for future considerations. Then if there is evidence to support the case we will close off the account under our policy.
Things that could cause this:
Support tickets being sent in with the same information from 2 different sources.
IP address information that doesn't match (one day IP information coming from X country, the next day coming from Y country.
In the end, if an account was sold or shared it is against our rules. If the account was scammed or banned due to a scam and/or hacking then it's also breaking our rules and will be shut down.
Some things to remember:Do not use hack programs, or 3rd party programs. These are fairly basic rules, but many people have followed them and never seen any issues with their game accounts. So we suggest taking more care for your CF Accounts and be more secure with your information.
Do not give your information out to anyone including family. Or your pet dog.
Do not use a public computer to play CrossFire, and if you must (internet cafe) make sure that the store owner regularly cleans viruses and hacks from those computers.
Make sure not to use a hack on a public computer, or use a public computer that has a hack installed.
Do not give out your information.
Do not use hacking programs. -
