Since when do you need to know someone to have an opinion about their intelligence?
Secondly, since you refuse to give anyone solid proof of something as simple as your gender, how do you expect anyone to "even know who you are"? (just taking gender as example here since it's the thing that is always the subject of discussion when you are mentioned) As long as no solid proof of anything related to you is given (be it studies, location or even hobbies), noone can claim to know you, which means that you're a fool for asking it. -

Nope. I'm aware of your existence, but all I know of you is your forum name. So I'm pretty sure that nobody will disagree with me if I say that I don't know you. But still, I have an opinion about your intelligence. So no, I don't need to know you to form an opinion about your intelligence. As a matter of fact, a lot of people form an opinion about the intelligence of someone based on nothing more than the looks of said person. -

protip: he is correct, he can have an opinion about you, but you can prove that his opinion is illogical or unsound judging it based on his evidence which appears to be weak in this case, so in a way he is also wrong if you develop a strong argument. -

My opinion can be proven wrong, yes. My point that I don't need to know someone to have an opinion about him would still stand though.
What I would like to know, is how you determined that my opinion, whatever that might be, is based on weak evidence, when I haven't even expressed my opinion nor what it's based on. Better yet, what is (according to you) my opinion of Dakotu's intelligence and what is my evidence for said opinion.
Also, sorry for derailing the thread and all that. -
