Does anyone use to play on a nintendo 64?
You know, the console with the mario cart, super mario, pokemon, perfect dark, M:I and i probably forget plenty more. But it was amazing!

Or were you more a playstation person?

Used to play it all the time as a kid. Got a PS1 and played that all day long, then got a PS2 and repeat.

I still play n64, my one heats up after ~2hrs so I gotta go to the back up one, which ironically takes 5-10 mins to get going. So it works out quite well. The emulators I have on my wii for it are hit n miss. Some games are fine, but my fav Perfect dark is up and down with the fps. One moment you are speeding, the next lagging. Or go a whole level fine.

10 years ago would stay up playing on my awesome 30" flat screen crt... now get to do it on mah 56. Some things are worth growing up for lol.

Well, i'm happy that the some n64 games have been upgraded for the newest consoles. Like perfect dark for xbox, mario 64 for nds, mario cart and if i'm not mistaken mario party as well.

I never had consoles when I was younger (With the exception of handhelds) and I finally got an N64 3 years ago. That system not only has some amazing games, but cartridge tilting is some of the most hilarious **** I've ever experienced in all of video gaming.

perfect dark is much better than golden eye. the combat simulator with the Sims has infinite replay value.

Perfect Dark > Goldeneye
PD has better graphics and a better story.
Fun thing is that the guns from goldeneye can be used in PD as well.

i remember playing hours upon hours of Rick Dangerous when it came out back then..

ot. nintendo 64 was awesome back then.. first game i bought for it was Banjo-Kazooie besides the mario that came with the machine.

haha, i played that game with my niece.
good memories, but the most fun thing was that we tried to enter that boss roof with an airplane. those who played the game will know what i mean.

I still have mine. I play it from time to time, sometimes with friends too xD.
I also use an emulator on my PC.

Golden Eye to this day is a classic. PD having better game play doesn't compete with the nostalgia you get from Golden Eye. Now don't get me wrong logged a lot of hours between both and REALLY don;t wanna know how much time I wasted playing both but it was good times. Many tourneys with Golden and PD.

Takes me back to the Twisted metal days as well.

Also goes for the same way with DooM from PC. First ever FPS shooter I played next to ROTT(Rise of The Triad), Wolfenstein. Also Duke Nukem 3D. Prior to PC's having windows and having to run everything with DOS.

I was one of the best in my city on James Bond Goldeneye
N64 was my childhood, same as ps1 ^^

people tend to look at me weird having my n64 hooked up to my 32' flat screen in my bedroom..... i think its called respect or sadness idk i get those mixed up
