Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is doing the exact... same thing... over and over again expecting... to change... That. Is. Crazy.

Great line but so much truth behind it. Its sad. See it ALL to much in my current life. Yet people are to naive to realize they are doing it.

Far Cry 3, eh? Definitely one of the best games I've ever put my hands on.
I nearly choked when I heard that line for the first time. I would never expect to hear such an intelligent sentence in a video game

Ya I played and beat FC3 long time ago when it first came out. Just with some current events going on in life. That line popped in my head and summed ALOT of stuff up in one line.

The quote that Einstein used was:

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

He admitted to likely never even actually saying it.


Far Cry 3 is pretty sweet. I enjoyed it. I'm disappointed though people would assume that quote is from the video game and laden with so many needless swear words.

Having said that I've removed the obvious swear words from your original post as per the forum rules.


There's a slightly ironic twist to this post that relates to the quote. Breaking the rules over and over again and not expecting me to enforce them (or remove the swear words) could be considered insanity? Hopefully that irony isn't lost here.

This particular line, which contains swear words, instantly makes you think of Far Cry 3, though. Can't help it

on topic: I wonder when people will realize that their lives revolve around doing the same thing over and over, and how much they regret not living how they want when they're on their deathbeds.

Thats why I live everyday like its my last. Take chances when they come due to the roads they may lead too.

I came to realize pretty much what you had stated in previous post. YEARS ago. Started prior to getting out of High School. Back in like 2002ish.
