    What..
I'm sure lots of Scandinavians have shot lots of Muslims. Jews too, for sure. Countless Christians no doubt.

I'm not bashing America, its just an interesting phenomenon to me, this patriotism.
If you don't want to discuss it, you really don't have to.

Lol trust me I'm no patriot. Oh I agree alot of this is interesting, just maybe for different reasoning than your's. I dont see things as an American issue or any other countries at that. I'm more of the type that leans to it being a f'd up world, not any certain countries. And by no means am I some 100% red white and blue patriot. Far from religious as well.

Different kettle of fish there.. Im not posting about mangled bodies in the World Trade Centers every year...

Im simply stating that Americans are blindly patriotic to the level of ignorance and arrogance.

    Precisely.

Not all are as quite honestly. I just tend to think for myself and speak my mind be it right or wrong in anyones eyes. I just think that its everyone's own right to decide how much they display their patriotism or whatnot.
  • The more I read through this thread. I think your more after the thought process of the Sheeple(Do and believe everything the Government says or does)

I prefer to look at it all with an open mind and my own opinion based upon facts I discover for myself and not what the Media(Controlled and PAID for by the Governemt) displays for the Sheeple to see and believe.

Why does it concern you SO much?

Can I start posting 7/7 threads?

because everything that effects America effects Americans.

no because nobody cares about England. place is a dump and has been on the decline for many years.

Why is the average American teen so mad about 9/11 when they were like.... 3 when it happened.... and dont know anyone killed in the attacks.

Is it because you are all so easily brainwashed and told what to think, feel and believe?

Why does it concern you SO much?

Id understand if a family member died but most people mad about it didnt KNOW anyone that died and/or were too young to remember....

The UK have had several terrorist attacks, namely the 7/7 attacks but noone in the UK but the families of those killed really remember or are bothered by it several years down the line... But you guys all mark it as an anniversary and make it seem almost a public holiday or even worshiped.

Every year its the same.... "9/11" this... "Never forget" that... Can I start posting 7/7 threads?

Can I start posting threads in the memory of those civilians that lost their lives to the Americans in the Middle East?
Or does that not concern you because it doesn't make you lot look like a victim?

Ok, yeah, it was a sad, horrific event... but it was 12 years ago now... Let it go.

Just looking at some replies on the forum over the years on the threads... barely any of you even remember it because you were so young... but when I start poking the bear... you all jump on me saying how sad it was... YOU WERE 2! The saddest thing you probably had happen to you then was when you stood on the cat and it clawed the crap out of you or when you dropped your ice cream!

    Just let it go.

    Really. That's ****ed up.
  • because everything that effects America effects Americans.

no because nobody cares about England. place is a dump and has been on the decline for many years.

    Exhibit A
    Really. That's ****ed up.

Why? Whats your thoughts on it?
  • My uncle was killed in 9/11

I don't rage about it but it wasn't a happy day

Its simply trying to point out American self absorbed, arrogant and self pitying nature.

Everyone is like that, not just Americans.

I'll buy 1 with the $ I steal from Vu's wallet while he is purchasing my beverage. I know he's loaded, I seen him win something in a crate last nite. Zp=$$$

    Well, I'm not.
And I don't know anyone who is.

Either my social circle is too small or the characteristics described ARE related to the country - as in the political climate, what the schools are told to teach, what allegiances the media corporations have, and so forth.
    Society in general.

    It's interesting.
  • 911 remember that airplane fuel can melt fire ret*rdant steel beams - smh

kids still being mad about 911 is like blacks still being mad about slavery , just sayin ...

    entertainment purposes only* http://wariscrime.com/new/never-forget-911-false-flag-attack/
  • Well, I don't think they should be mad about it, more of acknowledging what happened and remembering those who died.

It's like a memorial, I visit my grand parents and other ancestors who I barely know who died once a year. While Americans remember those who died and for the rest for the year they forget everything.

Now there are some who go too far and to go to that extent, I think, is unreasonable.
  • wanna hear a joke?

    "knock knock

    who's there?

    9/11

    9/11 who?

you said you'd never forget" =[

lol im one of those teens who were 7 years old at the time and don't really care.

  • how many times can we never forget?

    a4zzBNI.jpg

Never forget how the State used the attacks of September 11, 2001 as a pretext to shred the Constitution and encourage the escalation of police thuggery against citizens.

Never forget how the State used September 11 to encourage profiteering in the “defense” and “security” industries at the expense of citizens.

Never forget how the State used September 11 as a pretext for wars and military occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Never forget how the State used September 11 as a pretext for illegal imprisonment, secret courts and torture.

Never forget that the atmosphere of oppression, suspicion, paranoia and bigotry which has taken root in this country since September 11, 2001 has been fostered and maintained by both Republican and Democratic politicians...

  • Nobody cares about your opinion

Thousands of people were killed, and are still affected to this date. Please show some respect just for the fellow human being that were innocent and died simply because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Thousands of people are killed BY Americans in the wars they start.... The International Police...

Memorial day for the innocent civilians killed in Afghanistan?

Memorial day for the soldiers killed by friendly fire in the very war for the very country theyre trying to protect?

Memorial day for the Syrians that are going to be killed by possible American strikes in the near future?

As of 2009, over 300,000 Americans have died on the roadways since 2001. What about these people?
1.5 million CILDREN die every year of hunger.... Memorial day for those that have died?

When bad things happen to America, they escalate it and make it much worse than it already is.

Noone is denying the tragdy that 9/11 was but the fact America makes it a flagship of what they do from now on makes it terrible in my eyes...

America need to move on from this... Build the Freedom tower... and a bridge and get over it.. Let the tower be what honours the dead and not the war and suffering the Americans cause because of it...

Reminds me of a bully who pokes ad pokes people and when THEY get poked... they go around telling everyone "LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!!!"

Then why did they get so butthurt when I said this
  • Giggletron wrote: »

because they are ignorant, if you are butthurt about an attack on the u.s. by the u.s. to start a war, simply stupid. if they want revenge on terrorism, start kicking out the political officials out of office in nearly every country.

    Pretty much sums it up.
  • If this thread were any edgier, I'd end up in the hospital with multiple lacerations
  • Propaganda is your answer my friend, our media do indeed manipulate millions of lives as we speak. for me it's just an incident, just like any incident around the world.

in the Middle East/Afghanistan/Africa and many child's around the world suffers within agony and despair and yet propaganda rarely griefs about them. this world is cruel indeed. anyway I'm not against Americans or whatsoever but I mostly think people should put the past behind and keep moving forward.
  • lots of family's had a member go to war because of it. Do you now how that feels? others just want attention. you should know how teens are. theres lots of people who know somebody that went to war for it.
