Paypal Problem? Lose my money?

Uh.. Hi I am Etienne Tanguay, and I just started Crossfire back some days ago.. I wanted to lvl faster so I tryed to pay 10$ for the 10 000 points with my paypal account. When I tryed to pay, something said that a error occured and balblalbablalba.. So im Like ok? I dont have my Points? That not a problem.. But now I cheked on my account and Z8 take away 10$ from my Account. Seriously? Wtf? Is Z8 scamming the money of some people? I read some threads that talk about paypal and so many people have this error.. And some people never get their money back/ points back.. I send a Ticket but no one answer me.. Plz help
