Action definitely needs to be taken on JPurvis

There will be many mistakes as I am on a phone and am slightly hungover and do not want to get on my computer.
Disclaimer: This post is absolutely fair and did not derive from my personal hatred on JPurvis.

Please do not use the Cross Fire forums to promote the buying or selling of any real world goods and services.

Jpurvis is an unemployed forumer and is using the competitive community to "employ himself" on a website that is obviously a pyramid scheme. He sees how badly we want a LAN and is asking us to help fund him on a website that gives him a commission when you sign up to be their member. Pyramid schemes are pretty much like a scam and should not be allowed on this forum and the posting of his petty WakeUpNow link needs to be done privately on xfire. I do not blame the mods for allowing such action to be prevalent in our community for so long because of the recognition of his ability to run a LAN last year. I am glad he got sometging done in his life but he is going to far. If you want funds, make a paypal account and ask for donations there. Post your donation received and what you plan on doing with that budget of yours will increase your chances of receiving a donation. I advice no one to donate aby money however until he shows how much money he has received or the donator should post how much he donated so we know whether or not Purvis is putting some of these $$ in his pocket.
Tldr; Purvis uses his FG LAN rep to trick you all into a pyramid scheme. Disciplinary action should be taken on his part.

Why would you start declaring something when you don't have the slightest idea about it?

I have put alot of my own time and money into crossfire because I care about it. I will never do anything to scam people for money.

Jp has good intentions. He is just really fond of pyramid schemes.

Step 1- Get a day Job where you make 6 figures or more

Step 2- Dont rely on these website schemes for funding

Step 3- Make your own events with said Income of over 100K a year

Step 4- Become the leader of CF events you want to be without having to try and suck people into a pyramid scheme or any other online sham they dont give a crap about.

Nothing from Wake Up Now is going into my pocket.

I am still with Vemma and I still support it but I am concentrating everything right now on WUN because its alot easier for people to use(Better compensation plan) and great for people that would like help getting funds to go to a LAN.

I wouldn't necessarily say that JP is using the WakeUpNow 'idea' to gain profits, but he can if he wanted to. If you're just looking for donations I'd suggest to make a public page that lists all those who donated, a goal, and a description/outline of what you plan to do with the money. (You say "Until a LAN is made..." - Well, describe what you will use the costs for, etc.)

I will make it public once there are Funds to show, but when people display negativity towards this, it makes it really hard to get peoples trust.
