General:
The tournament will be double elimination
The semi-finals and finals for upper bracket, and finals for lower bracket will be best of 3.


About the rosters/teams:
-You can have up to 8 players on your roster
-Rosters may be changed at any time until the semifinal
-There will be 32 teams


Rifles:
All rifles are allowed except for M14EBR


SMGs:
All sub machine guns are allowed except for M12s, Thompson, and Kriss


MGs:
All Machine guns are allowed


Snipers:
All snipers are allowed


Pistols:
All pistols are allowed


Melees:
All melees are allowed

Recording:
You will be required to run bandicam/fraps/growler at a minimum of 10fps/10quality and you must record sound. Live streaming will be allowed, and recording with a webcam will be allowed as long as it is good quality.


Disputes:
Disputes must happen within 1 hour of the time the match was reported, and the dispute must be posted on the "reporting/disputes" thread. Teams will be given 3 days (72 hours) to upload and post their recordings on the "reporting/disputes" thread. If asked by the opposing team, SS's must be taken and uploaded as soon as possible.


Other rules:
-1 man boosting is allowed (2 people are involved)
-Spam spotting is allowed
-Any spot where you can't be shot is not allowed


Penalties:
Every round a character item, illegal gun, or illegal glitch/boost is used, a round is deducted.


Scheduling/room information:
-As long as both teams agree, you can play in any server.
-As long as both teams agree, you can play any time before default.
-A forfeit win can be reported 20 minutes after the scheduled match time.
-Top team on the bracket is responsible for making the room
-If the game ends in a tie, two 5 round halves will be played on the same map.
-Games are 9 rounds per half


Default time/server
Default time is Saturday at 8:00 PM Eastern.
Default server is Echo channel 8
Failure to play your match and report it to the "reporting/disputes" thread by Midnight (4 hours after default) will result in a double DQ


Begin date:
-Registration will begin immediately
-Matches will start after the 7th round of OCG
