Looking for a clan

Looking for a good clan, not one that is petty and conniving. I don't like the way some clans vote other players out just because one of their buddies gets killed and QQs. My KDR is not very good right now at 1.9. But, I am new to this game and improving. I don't like hacks, and aim-bots, and despise those that are chicken shizzle enough to use them to win. Anybody that has to use a hack to win must really suck, or places too much importance on not dying just to get a KDR to impress others...Its a game, and I play to have fun...
