CrossFire Stars Stream Issues
I for one am very disappointed in the way CFS was handled.
1)The casters know very little English or they dont no how to shoutcast. It was very boring to watch.
2) They only streamed one match at a time. Yes they have 16 teams and a double elimination but that is no excuse to do such a poor job at streaming the matches. The Frost Gaming LAN took only 1 day with 12 teams in a double elimination and we had more streams going on multiple channels. CFS has 2 days with more resources, I mean come on!
3) The person handling the in game camera must have been drunk.
I remember vaguely that I asked a specific someone about these issues, but I guess it was never mentioned beyond the conversation.
Hope Season 2 can do a better job.

I'm sure they will implement all the changes you request. -

People rely too much on the casters, It's not all about the people speaking. It's about the players and countries that're playing, the shots they make, their teamwork and strategy which is the most interesting to watch. The caster is just supposed to make it a little more interesting and keep you in the loop of what's going on (I'm a caster) Also, since we had to watch it deep in the AM I personally was too tried and didn't want to hear loads of talking.

man purvis give it a break, ignorance is bliss when you lack any self-importance
1) they dont have to compensate for the 10 english speaking players that are watching, im surprised they even tried. Chinese event in China for chinese fans.
2) they streamed the matches when chinese teams were playing, because its a Chinese event in China
3) the camera work was fine, i liked it and that is opinion based. Maybe its the norm in China to stream and cast their matches like that.

They didn't know how to handle the Twitch stream either. Slow mode wasn't used, links weren't banned. The chat was just atrocious, and there was only Chyznn or w/e trying to mod it.
As for actually watching the matches, Crossfire streams just don't compare with say LoL streams entertainment wise. -

If blackcat was playing it would've been more entertaining. Watching cheaters go 0-10 on client is always fun. -

Unless you have anything useful to post, I would suggest you to not say anything at all.
It was meant to be a "International" event, which means people from all over the world would be participating and watching the event. Everything you said is saying that China is being bias. NO event should ever be like that and is very unsportsmanlike.
I'm sorry if I am looking at this very maturely and in a professional manner. If they expect to gain anything from having these events, then they should look at it as a marketing tool.
Having a large event such as CF Stars or WCG is a great way to show off and promote a game but if the company wants to slack off and do a terrible job at gaining more players then WTF are they doing in this industry?
Stop thinking about yourself and start thinking outside the box. The casting was down right terrible. People like you and me can understand what is going on but how are new people that have never played CrossFire before suppose to know what the hell is going on? -

The casting was amazing; I truly don't know why you're complaining. -
