Is there a way for me to get the same mouse senstivity I have in csgo in crossfire and vise versa? the exact sensitivity or is there some kind of conversion?

no there is not, both two games are completely different

cf has built in mouse accel and csgo doesnt so i doubt you'll ever get the exact sense, you could come close though.

fulll around with your settings, the sens will be different then cs but, you can deff find a sens in cs that might be the similar to one in cf

Outside of mouse issues, I also believe the FOV is different for the two games.

Only possible way would be to do a trial and error with repeated tests of a 360 degree mouse sweep. But even that won't get the two perfect.
