WCG information

Can anyone tell me where WCG America will be? And what time of year? Any other information too...

US.WCG's location is still to be announced, so will WCG Canada's. Though Saidin probably will be releasing more on that in the upcoming weeks/months.

I'm guess the playoff times will approximately be during either the summer or the fall, since the grand finals is to be played from November 28th to December 1st.

I read some article on it last year because I was trying to figure out where it would be before it was announced, and it said it was hosted in a different place every year. Considering it was in nyc last year I dont think it will be there this year.

The international event is held in a different place every year, not necessarily the national qualifier.

Mhm. Probably not going to even attend to spectate though, even if I was allowed.

The time isn't scheduled to fit accordingly. Preparations for school would simply be overwhelming.

Nope, you have to play in the online qualifiers first. There's normally two of them. The top four teams from each are invited to attend WCG Nationals, and the first place team gets plane tickets. Only these 8 teams are allowed to compete at the WCG National LAN, with the winner going to China (Or whereever it is held this year).
