Official Response
Since no one in the community is going to let me sleep before making a statement on this, I will leave this here.
As of this moment we are aware of the current video that has been posted of one of the members of Carbon who is attending the CrossFire Stars tournament.
There are a few things players need to know.
1) Posting "bust" videos, and hackusations on these forums is not tolerated. We have rules for a reason. Follow them or move your discussions directly related to promoting this video, promoting the rumor (fact or fiction), calling players out, trolling, spamming, hackusating etc. to another forum.
2) We will not let mob mentality take over the process for review or viewing. Grabbing your pitchforks and torches or breaking the rules is the worst way to get things accomplished in the world.
3) Future competition, especially that with the groups we have been recently sponsoring are on anti cheats. While we understand that the competition used to determine the team to go to China was not on an AC was not ideal, future competitions will be more ideal. In so far as that those groups, who are organizing those competitions ARE using AC's.
4) Yelling, screaming, spamming and generally causing problems for staff, moderators, companies etc. is not the appropriate response to this video. Throwing a tantrum is not going to change the outcome at this point. The team had to be chosen because of the short timeframe. Smilegate is too far into that timeframe to have anything changed at this point in time.
5) Official comment on the video, or results of a review will not be dealt with until after the CrossFire Stars competition. In addition, that review and outcome will be conducted privately and within the company. G4Box or Smilegate is not interested in publicly shaming any player. Regardless of the result we will not be coming to the forums to point fingers or call people out etc. Throwing tantrums on the forums will not change this fact. This is our policy, we do not publicly discuss the status of an account.
So please, let our moderators and gm's get some sleep, nothing is going to change at 12:30am. If you don't want to play with this player because of your personal opinions (based on fact or fiction) then no one is forcing you to play with them. But breaking the rules on the forums is going to do nothing but get you banned. Just take a step back, this whole thing is going to be around tomorrow, and the next day and the next until there is more news or an official stance or review etc.
In order to filter anger, or anxiety or other such discussion this thread will remain open. Keep within the rules and add to the discussion or we'll just have to close this and keep closing and deleting threads.

I want to update everyone here that we are looking in to a formal review of all the evidence at the moment with regards to this case today.
There is no reason to continue to spam/terrorize the forums. We have all the evidence and all the relevant contacts to see this through to conclusion.
We have the opportunity to make some decisions here and once made we will have to stick with them, we expect to display the full evidence and show you our process once it's finished.
