The "Conda"

So, I've given it a great amount of thought and I really think the Anaconda "Conda" should be put in more leagues and come back to competitive. A lot of players play with the Anaconda in scrims and pugs but I've noticed it has never been really put to the test by putting it on the "Weapons List" of different leagues.
I remember it was available to be played with in WOGL-O then when WOGL-P came around it was taken off the list (I don't know why).

So can anyone tell me if this gun will come back to the competitive scene? And why it's not longer on these lists for leagues?
