Does 200+ fps actually make a difference in the ak? (spray, recoil, rof etc)

From 120-200 its usually all the same.

From about 80 and lower the game gets choppy and the spray is harder to control because its not smooth enough to see where each bullet is going.

If your question is if the spray/recoil is the same for all frame rates, then yes. But the higher the fps the easier it is to control.

ahh I got a new gaming PC back in december, and the AK seems to be MUCH smoother than it was when I had 50~ fps. I was just wondering if it actually was different, or just something that I seen because of the lack of fps lag.
