There is no maximum amount of teams that can signup, they're not limits. I will decide when it's the right time to close signgups. Maps and dates will be on match reporting thread. THIS IS DOUBLE ELIMINATION! Match times and importants dates will BE DETERMINED. Letting this sit a little because too many tournaments can get confusing. If you guys prefer this to be EARLIER, this can easily be changed. Also, looking for a few admins...

Rules and Important Information!

Screen capture must be started before the game goes live (in the lobby).
Screen capture will consist of using a capture program (fraps/growler/bandicam/camstudio/etc.) at a minimum of 10 fps.

Anticheat:

-Everyone needs to bandi or moss(for people with wood PC) their FULL match.
-Any disputes are to be said on the Report Thread and the deadline to dispute is 2 hours after the match.
-If a player disputes the other team or player then that player needs to upload his bandi or moss in the 48 hours after their match is done.
-If the player from that team does not upload bandi or moss then the whole TEAM can be DQed from the tourney.

Room/Game Settings

Game Settings
Search and Destroy:
9 Rounds
1st Person
10 Player Slot
2 Observer Slot

If needed overtime will consist of two 5 rounds to win halves. At the end of a half teams will switch sides and continue. Sets of overtime halves will be played until there is a winner.

All in game items that come out during the event are automatically banned. Additionally, all ZP items are banned.

Match Scheduling
Either the captain or designated scheduler from the home or away team can initiate a match offer. When initiating a match offer, the captain proposes a match time and server from the pre-populated server list.
If teams disagree on server selection; the home team will choose the server for first half and the away team may switch servers at half to one of their choosing. The same rule applies for overtime. The matches are to be played within the time-frame given by me.

Server Crashes
If a server crashes, post on the server crash log thread (that will be made specifically for this), and you will upload a screenshot and a detailed report. All rounds prior to the server crash will count, and the round score will be played out on a new server by nading oneself until the score is correct.

Forfeit win/losses
If a team does not have five players in the server "readied up" after 15 minutes from the originally scheduled match time, then the opposing team can force them to play with 4. If they cannot field 4, then the other team will be able to submit a forfeit win. The captain of the team should message an admin with screenshot proof in order to submit the forfeit win.

Tournament Guidelines:

-Non-standard game settings or third party applications that affect game play are not permitted
-Any use of game exploits, cheats, or any other play deemed “unfair” by an admin may result in disciplinary action up to and including disqualification from the tournament.
-All players must save game replays and end-of-game score screen shots; in the event of a dispute, these assets will be used as evidence to determine the result of the dispute.
-All players must be online and ready to play 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
-If a match disconnection occurs by either party within the first minute of a map, the map is to be restarted.
-If a match disconnection occurs during game-play, and teams cannot come to an agreement as to the best course of action an administrator is to be contacted immediately to make a ruling as to whether or not the match should be replayed or a forfeit loss should be awarded.
-Exploits will be judged on a case by case basis. Ignorance will NOT be a valid excuse for using an exploit, whether it is known or not. If you think something is possibly an exploit, or you are unsure as to whether or not it is, don't do it!
-Exploit & Infraction Penalties will be dealt with on a case by case decision, but standard -resolution for the below infractions include overturning the round in which the infraction occurred if the infraction had a direct impact on the outcome of that round.
