Maybe, maybe not. Either way 1) it does provide an advantage, and 2) it's against the rules.
"A few rounds" is pretty significant when there was a difference of 1 round in the end. I wouldn't say 4 rounds (I believe 3 of them were winning rounds) are just "a few rounds".Aero who was 17-14 and 17-12 missed a few rounds but carried both halves regardless of bandi'ing most the first and all of the 2nd half and [IT]ALT missing I think 2 rounds and only going 12-9.Then good2kno who had damage down on, who we reminded everyone to take off before the match most likely didn't say to himself "hmm I'm going to leave this on on purpose even though I'm recording my screen" he either forgot to turn it off even though we mentioned or he clicked it, the notification came up saying it was off but didn't really turn off as items sometimes do. Hardly a game changer either way.
It does have benefits, and it's against the rules.But we could continue this and we could request all of your bandi's (not saying we are yet) and find something to dispute you with. We have never requested bandi for other than armor checks or actually thought they cheated.
We didn't ask for your bandis thinking "oh hey maybe they used damage down" or "lets dispute for no reason other than the chance we get the win", we disputes because we wanted to make sure everyone was legit.
But unless logic changes his mind, you guys got the win.

After viewing all of the reported disputes and watching over the videos, I have concluded that both teams will be Disqualified from the winners/losers brackets and are no longer aloud to play in the rest of the tourney. The following team that they are suppose to face higher in the bracket will have a by week and continue to play. Sorry gentlemen, read the rules. -

Oh i'm sorry, I have made a mistake in my decision making and anallization. In Theory get's disqualified for not following the rules set. EnVo gets the win and moves up the brackets. -
You actually don't get dq'd for not following rules. You lose a round for every round that a rule wasn't followed. Since good2kno had damage down on yes we would lose every round but if they slipped up and did something wrong the whole game it would result in a tie game and overtime.
Also, Ha isn't an admin.

EnVo should technically be getting the win by dq, but they did lose round wise. Thy also told me that they did not want the dq win but then later changed their mind. It was such a close game that not recording the first few rounds as well as having damage down could have been a large factor as to the outcome of the match. No decision has been made yet, I'll have to talk it over with the Chris. -

If we: used illegal items and had 2 people not recording for multiple rounds (and possibly had someone not recording at all; hasn't uploaded as far as I know), it would've been a different outcome. -

3) There's a difference. We requested bandicams because we wanted to ensure everyone was legit, it is perfectly normal in matches. They did not think we cheated and are requesting bandicam just in hopes that something is wrong so they can dispute.
4) You're a random awful pubstar with the intelligence of ocgEvan. If you have a rope nearby you may want to use it.
I understand though, I'd also be upset if I got rejected by every clan I applied for. -

It's not a matter of "we won we're not gonna ask for bandi", I can guarantee they didn't think any of us were cheating. They asked for our bandicam only in a last resort attempt to try getting the win. That's pathetic, not asking for a bandicam to check that everyone was legit. If you get frowned upon for that, what's the point of even having bandicam as an anticheat?
Actually I looked at about 1 minute of each bandicam to check that they actually did record. It's pretty obvious to spot when it turns on at 3-1 and someone has a giant logo that reads "damage down".

Since you're obviously not going to even try understanding the whole situation, I'll tell you. We asked for their bandis etc, they finally uploaded. I noticed that they should be DQ'd and xfired logic. I said:

I simply told logic what rules they broke and told him that they should be DQ'd but I wouldn't care if logic let IT win. Shortly after swanky got on and was the one that told logic we should get the win if they broke the rules, so that's when the forum posts started. In the end, in theory is being scumbags now asking for our bandicams because they're idiots and can't follow the rules (btw how do you "forget" to record 4 rounds when your teammate specifically asked if everyone was recording multiple times?). I wasn't the one that complained when logic originally said they can have the win, like I said previously I didn't care too much. Logic can confirm if you think I'm lying. The only reason I actually want IT DQ'd now is because they're being scumbags now.
Asking for bandicams (anticheat in this case) to make sure no cheating was involved =/= Asking for bandicams because they want to be scumbags and find a way to get a DQ.

I simply asked for bandi because what if one on your team didn't bandi or accidentally left an item on? You would get the win and nobody would know any better.
As far as me not bandi'ing, I didn't join at half I joined in the middle and simply forgot to press record for 2 rounds. As far as sticky not bandi'ing he says he pressed the button to record and never double checked that it came on and did turn it on soon as he realized it wasn't recording.
I'm okay with being dq'd as no we didn't follow the rules. It was our mistake, but I'm going to make sure if we get dq'd for doing something the other team didn't do it as well. -

Whether you say it was an accident or not, it's still against the rules and you won at least 3 rounds in those rounds you weren't recording (don't remember who it was that didn't record 4 rounds so I'm just using "you"). If we lost by like 10 rounds it would be a different story, but the difference was 1 round.
When logic comes on tomorrow he can teamview me for bandicams. However, I don't have direct contact with any of my team, and really none of us even get on until match time. I'll see if I can try contacting all of them though. -

That isn't how it works, if you ask for other team bandi then it should be after the match, not days after......I believe it is too late to ask for a dispute on other team mate. -

Over 46 hours in between the match report and the dispute. This dispute is annulled.
In Theory was not recording the entire time and had one member using an illegal item for the entire game. Every round played without the recording is treated as a lost round. Every round played with Falling Damage Down is treated as a lost round. Therefore, In Theory won 0 rounds & EnVo advances in the bracket.
