Video settings tab, big settings button in the left side click it,
at the bottom there is a secondary sound device, set it to your mic. but bandicam sometimes lags while you record drops your fps to 1 kinda, its a known issue. But good luck

Open bandicam > settings tab > There are 2 boxes one with record above it and one with format. Go to the record one, go to settings...
Then from there self explanatory.
