The problem has been solved. All the matches are done. I don't get why are you posting this thread for?Today my team FragStarsX were dqed, for breaking the rule. Now I understand that it was the rule and my team didn't inform me of the rule to not have colored name tag.
The colored name tag had completely no affect towards the game and I feel that FragStarsX really deserved the win.
I took off all my items that would affect the game such as:
- L.A Swat
- Armor
- ZP Guns
- Character Items such as Extra mags, bunny ears, bunny bag.
- Hypo meds
- Revive Token
Now that being said, FragStarsX won fair and square. They knew about the rule but yet didn't warn me of this rule, yet this is the team trying to represent our version of CF. Disqualified for something that made no impact on whether we lose or win.
This won't change any of the result but I am just putting my point of view on. -
but if it was me Ill tell the other take the items off if I see them wearing anything that against the rules . GG

We are double check everything before we start, but that light blue is hard to tell . but still, losing to a bad team just because of the colored name is bs.

imo, player suspension is a punishment that needs to be utilized more in cf leagues. suspending him from the following game seems more reasonable , but that is just me.
I agree to a certain extent. Something like this might give a team a SLIGHT advantage... so you can easily abuse this if you are playing against a tough team you can be like "HEY IM GONNA USE MY NAMECARD IN HOPES TO GAIN AN ADVANTAGE, BECAUSE TOMMOROW'S MATCH IS AGAINST #LOVELESS AND THEY SUCK. YOU GUYS WONT NEED ME"
There needs to be a direct consequence as well. Maybe not as harsh, but something needs to be done about the match imo. -

yep, youre right, that scenario crossed my mind as well. there's honestly a ton of different ways something like this could playout. but what it really boils down to... this community needs to grow up and quit being dbags. -
The real funny thing about it is...How in the hell did fragstars win this match to begin with? Also, didn't fragstars lose to Lifeline back in WOGL and then they DQ'd LifeLine due to Alvin wearing a pink back pack? Gorgonites = Fragstars for the most part. Anyways, I think it's stupid. Lifeline lost and would have lost regardless of his phaggy ass pink nametag. Girls will be girls. For future reference, if you look up near the score, you can count the little squares to find out how many people are alive or can your asian eyes not see them Minty?

Yeah you can easily say they would've lost regardless... but just knowing they had that clan bag could have made them "not try" or other countless reasons. In the end, no one will no how much of an effect it had on the game, and so because they are rules... Lifeline shouldn't be targeted as "bad guys" for calling it out.
At the same time, the name card issue could easily have been pointed out by LL. But what if LL didn't even notice it until a few rounds in? Is it still LL's fault for not telling them? What if they didn't notice until the end of the half?
It sucks for sure, but rules are rules and there should be no exceptions. I agree with the decision CFL made based on previous disputes of this form. However, next season, as mick said, the punishment system needs to be reworked -
