15oL - Fast reactions, Accurate shot, Consistent.
Popz - Good placement, reliable shot.
Minty - Fast reaciton, good use of game mechanics. (also 90 ping)
tank4869 - Fastest sniper hands down. Not as reliable though.
Brando - Similar to 15, but not as good.

I'd agree on Tank having a good shot, but he is not very fast. At least the last few times I played against him. I think it was Fallout who made a clip of him missing a shot like an inch away while someone was defusing the bomb on Ceyhan.

I've scrimmed vs him in a7.. and he's just not that fast anymore.

Tank isnt fast?

Not sure when you all played, but back in the day he was by far the fastest awp i've ever seen, i still haven't seen anyone faster. (Not sure how he is now or if he still even plays)
