Well 5 days is alright, you can still make the match. The deadline is Friday at 11:59 P.M.
If they want to play in UK it's your choice whether or not to accept it. If you decline, you can ask for a different server for example Alpha. If they decline that, the game will be held in Echo - 6. -

I had to visit a family member who was in the hospital. Msg me about rescheduling I can play anytime on weekends and anything past 8 est on weekdays -
