I wish they would find a different game because you are right it sucks to try to play and have hackers screw up the game and your frag rate at the same time. -

Please read this saiden with all due respect and please comment on this message thanks. I am sick and tired of this game with all the hackers and you might say your tired of hearing the same thing. I had a account back in 2008-2009 spend very good money and got tired of playing with people abusing this great game with cheats. Then you guys implemented a so called Xtrap when i came back in 2011 and failed and still is. But seem to patch hacks quicker then before of course. But please do us a favor to all your real valuable customers that love this game and play without cheats and play the right way this game should be played. Please please Find a better solution then keep patching hacks and updating the so called Xtrap. I can give you a good amount of petitions just in the friends I know who retired of playing this game do to the same reasons back in 2008-2010. Theres is always a solution to everything and a cure to everything except death so that said please try harder to make the community happy. -

When doing server maintenance, the time frame given is generally an estimate. Sometimes things go quicker, sometimes they take longer. Go watch some Youtube for a bit and relax. -
absolutely ridiculous. "servers will b down 1-2 hrs" started @ 11pm. its 2 am. 3 hrs? another dumb ass un-announced patch. z8 and the gms r pathetic. never stable pings. servers. stupid patches all the time. more and mroe hacks and stupid little bull shi*t. ud think they would get it together by now? am i the only one that would love the "moderators" and "gms" (not much of a title considering how bad they r at their jobs), just to tell them how stupid they r straight 2 their face?

It's a free to play game, you don't have to play if you don't want too. They mod's are doing the best they can right now. Get over it! -

How is taking longer a sign of not caring?
If anything we could have just said 4-5 hours. And then you'd be complaining it would be taking too long BEFORE we even did the patch.
The problem here is that we could have opened the game up after 2 hours, and there would have been issues, then you would be complaining because we would have had to take the servers down.
Also, as far as unannounced goes, it was announced on both Facebook and Here (both of which are our biggest news and traffic outlets), plus there were in game announcements at the 10 minute and 5 minute mark leading up to taking the servers down.
I realize that you're incredibly impatient and are dying to play the game, but we're not going to open the servers until they are ready.
We're close at the moment in the final phase of testing, but we're not going to open them up until we're sure that this latest update is not going to cause problems. Get used to things taking longer than expected. It's a part of life.
