Had to re-ad cf to avg on my vista beast. Now working post patch.

Reinstalling cf on my win8 as I just kept getting errors trying to update.

/will see in the morning.

When i try to run the CF, druing the downloading the new updated it says "Wrong CRS has been detected" can someone tell me what is CRS. OS Windows 8

Uninstall CF completely and redownload it. According to Saidin, it's an error caused by patching the download while the servers were down.

happend to me too
just right click cf on your desktop properties/compatibility/ and uncheck 'Run this program in comp.... mode for' make sure to run the game as admin

Nevermind I already found the problem HGWC.exe was the one in compatibility mode for some reason....

Uninstalled cf.... get an error code "5" trying to reinstall file "Bugtrap.dll"

Yeah, your patched did something wrong, you have to reinstall CF.

Seems CF did not uninstall completely. Had like 8 clients running in task manager lol... once I closed all of them was able to delete the cf folder and start fresh. Looks like install is going now yay!
