Z8Games why do you dont help the players

me and other players are almost every day asking you to help us and maybe we know the answer to our question and just need you to say if it can help us or not, please my cousin change his password 2 days agoo and he cant enter in the game or the website, it always says incorrect username or password, what is going on he changed his password to a longer with more letters and numbers and now he cant log in aider in game or in the clan page, he has donne all of what you have said to do but nothing works.
Please help us and the other players

I believe you have gotten a response in other threads.

Also when submitting a support ticket remember that we won't email you or use skype or xfire or any of those means. The tickets get replied to and you have to come back to the support page to check them.

It can take around 24 hours to get a response (usually less). But you will get a response and hopefully it will help you with your issue.

Password and account issues as stated in the tech stickies should be taken up by a support ticket. So send them there.

i made a post on "Disconnect While Connecting to a Room" about 5days ago and still no one has helped... is it that you people dont know how to fix things about your own game? thats your game has out smarted you? how many people work on the forums anyways? 2 people? and it seems like neither of them are capable of helping me or any of the other people who made a post Disconnect While Connecting to a Room... the support for this game fails....

Try to be more respectful to the GMs please. They cant always be answering your questions, because it takes time and they need to help out other things first. This is a free to play game, the GMs are trying their hardest to please everyone so dont rush them. Send your support ticket, and before you make a topic, use the search function.

also its definitely not a good idea to insult the GMs. because they can ban you and its just disrespectfull.

and finaly.......wHy dO YOu doNt use the search button?
