My suggestions

First off is making the max players 18 each room.
new map for escape mode,i know not alot of players play this mode but why not give it a shot?,its been long time.

1500 bp for a spray which you can add whatever text you want in it.( which can be seen by all players bad words and other insult or a religion insult isnt allowed obviously it will get censored.)
5th bag for 1700bp (30 days)
black wings 300bp(7days) 900bp(30days) 2000bp(90days)
hello kitty nade(same power as normal nade) 600(7days) 1600bp(30days) 3000bp(90days)
Rpk camo for rent(one of the oldest gun in cf) 2900zp(7days) 5800(30days) 14100(90days)

opening HARD difficulty in zombie mode for 5 players

lowering the price of zp for phone(not sure if its z8s business though)

25th mission reward is 3 free zp crates of a gun you want

making alpha for sergeant and higher only
making uk 4 for master sergeant or higher only
making clan server +5% gp
making alpha +10% exp
remove +5% gp for uk 4 replacing to +10% exp
+5% gp for uk 1
remove m4 custom in coupons and replace it with a permanent melee
Make xtrap ban the player who cheat 2nd time

18 players means a less chance that someone gets kicked (pro or con?)

And Saidin said that there wont be such thing as free zp crates anymore.

These idea's are awesome, especially the one when you complete your 25th mission and you can choose any three crates. When the d.e. scope was on daily mission, exchange for tags I would pretty much be doing daily mission every day. Now I barely do daily mission since the d.e. scope was gone from the daily mission exchange. +1

The 10% exp on a certain server would be nice although its way to generous for them, considering how much the exp rates were lowerd by.

+1 for spray (i rly liked ur idea!!)
+1 for 5th bag(but i will be probably with gp)

xtrap is already doing this
