I honestly can't fathom why clans in this game are so immature and stupid. People always complain about being kicked by the foreigners, but that's hardly the problem. Every single clan on this forum, excluding a few such as WAL or veracity, is the main problem. In the past 5 days, I've been kicked by known clans from every single pub room, and on my alt account after 5 days, I have ~400 exp. Also, no I'm not talking about just a new recruit, but actually the leader and lt's. Honestly don't care what you think, but to the clans that are abusing the kick vote, why?

I get kicked by BR groups a lot but thats kinda normal, some clans abusing kick-vote system begins with one member hating on a player in game and asks clanmates to kick him.

What clans have done this to you? Also how many clan members were in the room? 9 times out of 10 there are comments both ways and there is some reason to kick someone. There are the other reasons in the kick menu besides Hack. Like: Idle, Bug, Others.
