i changed my password but crossfire doesn't acept it

I also, i don't remember my secret question.
I have give my ancient ID login, ID forum, ancient password and my IP !
The support always send me 1 automatic answer... -
Giving as much information to the support ticket system is the best way to avoid an auto answer.
In this particular case, you did not provide an email or the answer to the security question.
The security question is put in place so that users can retrieve their accounts if something happens to them or they are unable to access their accounts. The purpose of that question is to provide additional proof that you are the original account holder.
If you do not have an answer to the security question then there won't be enough information provided to prove you are who you say you are. And you will likely not get your account back. -
