Halloween Ribbon

Don't know if this has been suggested already but there should be a ribbon for owning a permanent Halloween weapon, like the xmas one.

On a side note, does anyone know when they will add this years xmas guns to the ribbon list? (As in getting the Christmas comes but ones a year ribbon for owning a Shovel Xmas)
