Kar 98k mauser - overpowered?

dmg 60 to hands-arms/feet-legs, 100 everywhere else at all ranges
bolt action rifle; takes about 1 second to c0ck between shots
basically, damages like an awm but has a crosshair instead of a scope. trolol.
dont take this too seriously; i just think it would be funny if we had something like this.

Rifle or sniper? -
5/20 ammo.
It basically a lighter AWM with out a scope.
Should have a shotgun like reload to balance it out as well.
Suggested damage:
0-15M:
100 Chest
100 Arms
100 Head
80 Feet
30M
70 Chest
60 Arms
50 Feet
100 Head
+1 Been wanting a single shot rifle with damage at range. (Winchester doing 1 damage at the 45M mark is just saddening) -

^makes it less op. i think i like that. having it be a bolt action with 2 shots needed at longer ranges will force people who use it to learn to play smart. -

It not a sniper, it a rifle. It wouldn't be able to be used in sniper only games.

I'd keep it at Winchester accuracy.
It also shoots slower and has less ammo to balance it out.
At long range it takes 2 shots to kill and the fastest kill time would be 1.00 seconds at that range. An M4A1 can shoot 3 shots very accurately from a standing position and shoots 10 rounds a second and is a 3 shot kill at the same range, it kill the target in 0.20 seconds; five times faster then the Kar would be able to do. -
