The problem with in game reporting is this:

1)
As of right now there is no way to automatically transfer the replay file from the users computer to us within the game.

There would need to be additional coding, server space, bandwidth space (big one) etc.

In a free to play model for the game, it's going to be too taxing to implement this kind of feature. At least for the moment.


2)
A verbal only report is not very useful to us as 99% of verbal reports can't be traced, or are inaccurate or could be abused.
