Looks great. But with the holiday patches like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas they probably wont be updating much new guns though.

I can't really remember it but wasn't there mostly a regular november patch and then on thanksgiving they added the turkey bag and this turkey hat? - Curious about what they're planing to do for this year as both didn't get removed this year o.o

It's because it's between Halloween and Xmas so it'll be hard work for the GMs.

Well, I suppose but they did that to the AK47 by making the AK-74 and the AKS-74U.

The AK-47, AK-74, and the AKS-74U are 3 different rifles.
The FN Mark 46 Model 0 is just another name for the FN Minimi M249 SAW.
