Kick system - few changes

When You are an host of the room - then You have a 'power' to kick
all players from he room, but only to time until the game starts.

Why?

IMHO Host should have right to kick all players - from both sides
just like he have that power before the game starts.
Is that will be with voting or not - is less important.

What do You think?

ps.
Yes, I'm aware that this also could be abused - but the benefits
are quite big, eg no longer asking the opposing team to kik the cheater.

good players already get kicked like 3x as much as the hackers..what do u think the ratio is gonna be when a ret@rd has the power to kick at will? whats gonna happen when a hacker hosts the room?
