First of all, I would like to apologise for all the rude/racist comment I side. I kind of got mad since I thought it was a good suggestion, but the first person that post just say no no no no no without giving me any reason.
Now, I would like to explain my idea more throughly.
My suggestions:
$10 a month.
Prevent kicks for two time in a game.
Can kick members on the other team. (Two times.)
Have access before normal members when trying to enter a channel that is full.
Prevent kicks for two time in a game:
I know that this would help many players in there case. Just the other day, I was reading the SS/Winning post and came to a post made by VATAV. I know he is probably upset that he was kicked by noobs all the time in GM. I don't know about you guys, but most of the hackers I see is usually low rank with some GP weapon.
Also, I tend to get kicked in time matches just 10-20second before the game end itself. This can prevent that if someone thinks is funny to kick the you/the ACE at the last second before the game end.
Can kick members on the other team (Two times):
This point can also be useful since when there is hackers on the other side, and the other team is full of players that dosen't seem to know english, you can attempt to kick them before rage quitting the room. Maybe the hacker would be kicked. You never know.

This is just some sort of side benefit for the VIP, having spend $10 a month should allow you to have some special privillage when entering a full channel.
Sure, many people would say #1 and #2 would lead to power abusing, but what haven't? We always wanted vote kick for FFA, now many players are upset since that led to power abusing aswell didn't it?
Please guys, don't think of the worst for all the scenerios. This can be a good idea if you see this from a different point of view.

Its good that you explained more thoroughly but again, I don't think it's going to happen any time soon. Also make sure you don't say 'BR's cause thats considered putting them into 1 group and saying something mean about em. (forgot the word lmao)
