points penalty for clans

I think we should have a points penalty for clans that use hackers in clan wars, i can put a list of clans that use every time one or more to win games and points on cw buti know is not allowed to do this. This is the reason why i suggest a report system just for clan war matches where players can send the replay + 1 SS (like today, a major told one of his members "use" and that guy was started to use speed)...so, how about this?

If we could FIND the hackers in the first place we would get them banned, not hurt something that isn't as important.

In-game report systems would cause lots of spam from people who think some clan hacks.
