evrytime we try to join the clan wars channel 1 , it says its FULL but it isnt and after it says its full u get a disconnection , this happens to all our clan members , plz help us!!!!

I heard this also happens when your clan is very new.

we got same problem in channel 2 and we want clan points so ...
our clan is older then 1 week now ?? ....

Clan site says you're not even in a clan.

Submit a support ticket.

Also: You don't have to play on the clan server to earn clan points.
You earn one clan-point for every 500 exp you gain. Which server doesn't matter.
