I'm really hoping the only reason people support her is because she's a girl.. if they genuinely think she's a good leader, well.. they don't know what a leader actually is. -
If I'm not a good leader, how come my clan is now ranked 113 with decent players.

I know I'm not the best leader, but give me credit I actually keep my clan alive and running even after losing half of my members to Juvy and he made Fugitives. If I was a bad leader, how come TW came back? TW is a strict guy and doesn't like childish behavior, he would have left a long time ago if I was such a bad leader. -

If I was a bad leader, how come TW came back? TW is a strict guy and doesn't like childish behavior, he would have left a long time ago if I was such a bad leader.
I think a lot of people judge a leader by their skill and this is totally incorrect.
Don't take this the wrong way but you probably don't rank very high on the "skill" scale (funny because I just went 6/7 in a CW with you guys, no judge
) but in my personal humble opinion I think you are arguably are one of the best clan leaders in the area of actual leadership. By this I mean you can keep peace within your pub clan (as good as it can get with lots of members), create a multigaming and fun social clan, and successfully maintain a good rep with most people. That's just a few things I can list off that I know you excel in.
From personal experience of being in your clan I can witness that there is tons of fun there, something that a lot of "skilled" and serious clan lack. When it comes down to it this is what makes your clan successful as people want to stay.
In short, those who say Kim is a bad leader should take a step back and take a look at the bigger picture. She's good at what she does. -

I would like a clan with Ventrilo.

Your clan is ranked this high because you simply have a lot of people in there. You have huge support because of your gender. I realized things in BHS and I know why you have 'followers'.
I never claimed Despised is any better.
I've made the same clan several times, and it never got a going because I don't know people. Maybe it's because I'm not as social as someone like you.
I will give you some credit. You have a decent clan going where people are sticking together. How many different cliques are in there though? You probably have several groups or 1 large group of really tight friends who have been going together for a while. I honestly don't know how it is because I really don't give a damn about your cruddy clan. I'll leave it at this and quit shaming you now.
